This is seriously amazing. But, FYI, I downloaded it and when putting it in game it’s missing 89 items. I have all games and looking at your pics it looks like its a lot of CC. Cheers!

Hey there. Yes, this is a bug I tend to experience alot with Sims, where it provides the CCs but tends to not place the items. I have provided an alternate link of the house. Hoping this works. Also, make sure you type bb.moveobjects on before placing the lot. Thanks!!
